Małgorzata Gawron (Loczek) – singer of the
„MATRIX”
band This great and talented musical personality who is endowed with a nice, warm and, at the same time, dynamic and expressive voice was born in Katowice, and she was practicing her crying vocal parts from the very beginning. Music has accompanied her since she was a child. In kindergarten she performed in front of an under-age audience and at school she became an “assembly singer” who performed in shows and celebrations. She also was performing around Poland at reviews of new compositions. She loved singing and public performances from the very beginning. She felt passion in herself and she understood how much she enjoyed showing emotions to people through her songs.
She sings songs from a repertoire of different artists, but she was also singing sacral music in a church choir.
She has always dreamt about the stage, big concerts and public performances. She was even writing her own lyrics. She loves music because, as she says, it relaxes her, lets her refresh the mind and enables her to lead an interesting life while trying to reach the goal.
She is a dynamic, social and energetic person who adapts her image to every song. You sing ballads, rock and feast songs in a different way, however each kind of music has something unique in it and fans burst into crazy and great fun. Criticism is not needed as everybody is different – others do not have to like what I like, however we cannot criticize others for something they like. Let’s respect others so that they will respect us – says Małgosia.
She performed in a few musical bands and, from each one, she gained experience, which helps her in what she currently does.
Gosia is „MATRIX” member who attracts many people. She is the band’s only child who is a little bit scatterbrained, but in a positive way. She is the only girl here with huge vocal potential, dynamism and stage expression. She is a singer who is full of life and always smiling. She handles with a microphone well, although she repeats that she has not said the last word yet. She is still refining her voice, which improves her technique and timbre.
I would like lyrics, which I wrote, became part of our CD and turn out to be the hit - Matrix deserves to be recognizable, to make the mark on the Polish music stage for all the effort and commitment, and I think it will be my gift to the band and to all people who like MATRIX.
